FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1)    How do I know if there are any spots still available in the each camp session?

A: Only the sessions with spaces remaining will appear on registration page.  If you are able to register then there are still spaces available.

2)  Inclement weather during the winter camp?

A: In the case of inclement weather, we will follow the following steps:
1. Delay camp start time that day if weather looks better later in the day.
2. Cancel a day of camp and add more camp hours to the following day.
3. Add an additional camp day if needed to make up (Tuesday, December 21).
4. Refund a day that cannot be made up due to inclement weather.  



3)    Will water be available during camp?

A: Yes, water and Gatorade will be on courts at all time.  Campers should bring their own water bottle with their name printed on it.



4)    What should my child bring to camp?

a) A wattle bottle with their name on it

b) Tennis racquet

c) Comfortable tennis shoes

d) Their own lunch

e) Any money for extra snacks or specialty foods.

 

5)    Is Lunch provided? 

A: This year due to COVID Protocols Lunch will not be provided.


6)    How are the groups organized?

A:  We will break up into groups based on age and ability level as best as possible.  Please feel free to request if they would like to be with a friend and we will do our best to accommodate. 


 

7)  Is there any kind of background check done on the Staff Instructors?
A:  Yes, All instructors have passed a professionally researched criminal background check.
